ATMOS-SUNS

The American Transgender Men’s Online Survey / Survey of U.S. Non‑binary Sexual Health (ATMOS–SUNS) is a cross‑sectional, online HIV behavioral health survey. The study includes:

1. transgender men and transmasculine non‑binary people assigned female at birth in the United States, and

2. non‑binary people assigned any sex at birth.

The purpose of ATMOS–SUNS is to better understand sexual health behaviors, HIV risk factors, and access to healthcare services—including HIV prevention tools and gender‑affirming care—among transgender men, transmasculine people, and non‑binary people. The study also examines how social factors such as stigma and discrimination shape health and healthcare experiences.

The survey takes approximately forty‑five minutes to complete. After finishing, participants may choose one of three community organizations to receive a $5 altruistic donation made by the study.
